New central air-conditioning and heat to keep you comfortable in any season. Large master bedroom and twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Large private porch where you can sit in a rocking chair and relax listening to the sounds of nature. Fully appointed kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and other small appliances. Washer and dryer available to you right inside the unit.

ACCOMODATIONS AND AMMENITIES:
General: Centrally located, easy access, air-conditioning/heating, linens & towels provided, phone, washer/dryer, iron & board, large private porch with swing, BBQ grill & accessories.

Kitchen: Coffee maker, utensils, microwave, oven, freezer, refrigerator, dinnerware, toaster.

Living Room: Gas fireplace, couch with pull-out bed, CD player and stereo, Cable TV with DVD player

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, master with king-size bed, guest room with two twin beds. Alarm clocks

Bathrooms: One full bath upstairs, 1/2 bath downstairs. Hair dryer & other supplies.

Rental Policy

RENTAL: $100/night (3 night min.), $600 per week, $1400 per month, (up to 31 days)
$100 refundable security deposit (due at time of reservation.), $60 one-time cleaning fee.
$10 pet fee/day, or $50 per week, $150 per month. Balance of rental due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Arrival Times

Check-in at 2:00 p.m., Check-out at 11:00 a.m. Copy of confirmation kit will be sent out after security deposit is received. (Taxes included in all rental costs above.)
