RENTAL: $100/night (3 night min.), $600 per week, $1400 per month, (up to 31 days)
$100 refundable security deposit (due at time of reservation.), $60 one-time cleaning fee.
$10 pet fee/day, or $50 per week, $150 per month. Balance of rental due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
