Very very nice!!!...especially after an almost record setting winter in Wisconsin. Flying into Fort Myers Airport was a pleasure with only a 30-35 minute drive to the Naples Condo. We rented a car from Advantage Car Rental. The directions from Fort Myers to the Condo that we were provided by Becky were perfect. After the quick drive we arrived at the Condo...our first impression was how roomy and well decorated the Condo was. We thought that this Condo may have been a Model within the complex, based on the high quality furniture and the various art-work throughout. The floor plan was outstanding with a very large master bedroom, walk-in closets and huge master bathroom with both a oversize shower, a separate large Jacuzzi bathtub (without jets) and two separate sinks. There also is a good size 2nd bedroom and a second bathroom as well as a small office with a couch/daybed. The great room/living room is also very spacious with very comfortable seating and a large 50" Plasma TV. The kitchen flows off of the great room with a separate dining area and nice sized kitchen. There also is a very large lunai/patio off of the master bedroom and great room. All of the comforts of home were here...microwave oven, toaster oven, refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer and also a two-car garage. They also have towels, beach towels, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment available to use. Convenienty, right across the driveway is the swimming pool which was nice with a small party room and restrooms. The location of the Condo was excellent...located 7 miles from the beach and downtown Naples area. It also is very close to Marco Island. Plenty of excellent restaurants, grocery stores and shopping locations nearby. Everglades City is about 35 miles away where we did one of the airboat rides through the Everglades...lots of fun. Aside from my wife and I we also had our son, daughter-in-law and two and one-half year old grandaughter stay with us for part of the time. There was plenty of room and we never felt crowded by any means. We would highly recommend this Condo and location for a break away...for as little as one week to several months. Rental Period: Jan, Feb and Mar 2008 Beautiful condo, tastefully decorated, warm and inviting - and it was much larger than we expected. Kitchen is well-stocked with everything a gourmet (or wannabe gourmet) needs. Coffee on the lanai in the morning while looking out onto the preserve is the way to start every day. Master bedroom is spacious and has the most comfortable king sized bed we've ever slept in. Master bath is amazing. The big screen HDTV was wonderful a nice perk! And the pool is right across the street. Close to shopping, downtown, beach - and Marco Island is a short drive away. Madison Park is a very friendly community with lots of room to walk or bike. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended!

Cancellations and Refunds
For cancellations: The deposit will be retained by the lessor for cancellations 60 days prior to the rental date. The rental fee is not refundable if cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to the rental date. In this case, only the security deposit is refundable.

Deposits
1/2 rental amount due to secure your reservation with completed lease form. A Refundable security / deposit of $500.00 per month for (monthly rentals)is required. Balance of Lease Amount is due 60 prior to lease commencement. Any cashier's checks for security deposit refunds will not be issued until bank clears the check. Additional deposit required for each pet.
