Property Details

Located just north of Venice is Casey Key/Nokomis Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast! We are located one block from the Beach. There are two waterfront restaurants, and a full service marina and water sports area across the street from our apartments.

We have one and two bedroom-one bath units on the property, as well as studio apartments. Queen and Twin Beds available. All are nicely furnished and fully equipped with pots, pans, linens, etc.

Sit in our courtyard area for morning coffee, take a stroll on our beautiful beach and return home for a comfortable gathering with other vactioners. Take a leisurely bike ride through Casey Key. Return back to the beach for some of the most spectacular sunsets you have ever seen!

We are minutes from Sarasota, known as the cultural city of the west coast. Enjoy theatre and musical events at the newly renovated Van Wezel as well as the Sarasota Opera House. Explore the Selby Botanical Gardens and, of course, the Ringling Museum that houses the finest art collection of John Ringling.

Stay close to home, and visit historical Venice, with its wonderful shops, or collect sharks teeth on the beach and have lunch at Sharkys, one of the finest restaurants on the Gulf of Mexico!

Rental Policy

Maximum of two people in unit on regular basis
There are sofa beds in all units for occasional guests

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Two week minimum stay
$200 deposit required
January-April rentals require additional 50% deposit by OCtober 15th
