Goose Nest House is situated in the award-winning Lower Mill Estate with its exclusive second homes and 450 acre private nature reserve with exclusive spa just three minute's stroll away.

The house is `revese living` with an open plan living room with vaulted ceiling and wall to wall glass sliding doors opening out onto the glass-fronted balcony overlooking the lake. With contemporary fittings such as solid oak dining table, leather sofas and glass coffee tables, Goose Nest House is the epitomy of a luxury break.

The modern, fully fitted kitchen has all that you need home from home including five hob double oven, microwave, dishwasher and full height family-sized fridge freezer.

The five bedrooms have solid wooden beds and luxury mattresses. With fluffy white towels, Egyption cotton linen and warm carpets you will feel relaxed and rejuvinated after your break.

The free, exclusive, slate-lined on-site spa is available only to guests and residents of Clearwater Village in the Lower Mill Estate. It has three swimming pools (indoor and outdoor heated pool plus the natural `eco pool`), sauna, steam room, gym and outside tennis court. You could treatyourself to one of over fifty pampering treatments using organic Pervonia products (extra).

This family-friendly house has a child's bedroom with a child's bed, toy box, books, children's DVDs. We provide a travel cot and high chair free of charge and there is plenty of children's cutlery and plates, a steriliser, bottle warmer, baby and child's carriers, potty, bath mat, stairgates and baby monitors. We hope we have thought of everything so you don't have to.

The Lower Mill Estate also has a small shop which sells newspapers, freshly-baked croissants and groceries. There are two children's playgrounds and a trampoline.

There are seven lakes and three rivers in the gated Estate so you can enjoy plenty of country walks, spotting the British wildlife including otters, kingfishers and deer.

Rental Policy

25% deposit to confirm booking. Final payment due 6 weeks before arrival. Refundable (cashed)
damage depost required. Strictly No Smoking anywhere on the property including the balcony.

Arrival Times

Arrive 3 PM on the first day and depart 10 am on the final day

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Weekend breaks (Friday to Monday)
Mid-week breaks (Monday to Friday)

Weekly breaks only for high season (Saturday to Saturday)
