It is situated about 20 km west from the international Airport of San Jose (in Alajuela), in a wonderful tranquil and rural ambience - the city Atenas is only 5 km away ( hourly Bus-Service direkt in front of our Apartments ).

In our well-kept, tropical garden with a generous pool and a sun deck, you will find our three spacious, premium bungalows with a combined livingroom/bedroom, bathroom, complete kitchen, cd-radio and cozy patio.
There is also a pavilion in the garden and a common washing machine.

If you want to start some excursions in the surrounding area or if you "only" want to relax on your patio, for both is our small, peronally managed complex the place to be.
As a matter of course, at your arrival your refrigerator will be filled and during your habitation we will help you in every kind.

In the western central-valley, only 30 minutes from the international airport of San Jose, you find the
pictorial city of Atenas with clean air and one of the world-best climats - according to a study of
the NASA.
Actually the climat is very enjoyable, year-round between 20°C and 35°C, and at night, it goes down
to 18°C.
In Atenas you find restaurants with local and international cuisine, some supermarkets, three banks
with cashpoints, bus terminals for local and remote busses, many shops and a friendly, open-minded
population - including many immigrants from europe and the united states.

For tourists Atenas is a very good opportunity for a stop on their way to the pacific-coast and above all
an exellent alternative to San Jose and Alajuela as a starting basis for excursions in all parts of the
country.
For example you can reach the national park Manuel Antonio near Quepos, the beaches near Jaco,
the volcano Poas or Sarchi, the national centrum of handcraft, in a comfortable day-trip.
Just the rides there are scenic very impressive and spectacular.
Also the big cities San Jose (capital), Alajuela and Heredia, which are the commercial and cultural
centrum of Costa Rica, are situated in a radius of max. 50 km.
