This apartment, (70m2) is on the first floor of a building from the 1800´s. It has been totally renovated. It has great views over the city and as far as the mountains on the other side of the river Tagus.It is located in the heart of Principe Real, surrounded by cafes, antique stores and art galleries, the Jardim do Principe Real, up the street is a shady retreat of palms trees, tropical shrubs, bordered by colorfull 19th-century mansions. Praça das flores, down the street, is a pleasant, shady non touristic square with a French feel, its popular outdoor cafes and restaurants attract crowds from the close by Portuguese Parliament. The Bairro Alto is a couple of streets away; a great venue for late night entertainment owed to the busy bars restaurants and hip stores, which stay open very late. 10 minutes on foot from the trendy Chiado, near to all transportations.

To book the apartment, please contact us at sofia.dinis@yahoo.com You will receive an e-mail with the instructions for the bank transfer and a form to fill in with your personal details, number of people staying at the apartment, checkin and checkout dates. You will receive an e-mail for the ulterior confirmation of the reservation.
- Until 30 days prior to the arrival, 80% of the reservation fee will be reimbursed.
- Less than 30 days prior to the arrival, the reservation fee will not be reimbursed.

€25 surcharge per person
€200 safety deposit, refundable at check out provided the apartment is in good shape
- 10% off for stays exceeding 7 days
- 20% off for stays exceeding 30 days
- Payment: cash on arrival
- Booking: payment of 2 nights by bank transfer
When booking we kindly ask you for a deposit of 20% of the amount by bank transfer.
