Enjoy fabulous Jamaican sunsets at the poolside gazebo of this lovely oceanfront villa. Edgewater Villa, a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath property is located next door to Couples resort approximately 4 miles east of Ocho Rios. A circular drive leads up to a 2 story Jamaican villa overlooking the sea. A spacious living room with comfortable upholstered furniture, leads out to an outdoor verandah for dining or relaxing. All overlook the pool and ocean. A half bath is also on the first floor.

Bedroom Configuration:
-Bedroom 1 King bed and bathroom en suite, with terrace overlooking the sea.
-Bedroom 2 King bed with private bath, with terrace overlooking the sea
-Bedroom 3 King bed with private bath, with terrace overlooking the sea
-Bedroom 4 Twin beds and private bath.

All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and on the second floor.
Edgewater has the unique advantage of a small private beach. The beach is suitable for sunbathing or for small children to wade at the edge as the water is shallow and somewhat rocky.

Edgewater has a lovely large fresh water pool directly on the ocean front. Just off the pool area is a ocean side gazebo, perfect for enjoying the evening sun set.
The villa has a professional staff of 3, and includes cook, housekeeper, and gardener.

Rental Policy

Deposit - 30% required within 14 days to confirm reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express,or bank wire transfers for deposits.

Balance - due 60 days before rental period. Credit Card or bank wire transfers only.

Cancellations - 60 days prior to departure date full refund less 10% cancellation fee (based on the deposit). Less than 60 days a refund will be given only if the property can be rented. All cancellations and any requests for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons in your group) must be made in writing, and faxed, emailed or mailed to us promptly.

We will determine the availability of the property for your desired dates. As experienced travelers to Jamaica, we will also be able to answer any questions you might have.

If Edgewater Villa is available for satisfactory dates, and your decision is to rent, we will place a HOLD on the property for the selected dates. We will send you a Reservation Invoice requesting deposit, detailing the amount of the final payment and its due date, and setting forth the terms and conditions of the rental, including our cancellation policy. Your deposit payment in response to this Reservation Invoice constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions as shown in our " Terms and Conditions of villa rental".
