Comfort Rome Vaticano is a perfect location for a stay in Rome. Just renovated, tastefully furnished, with a home-like atmosphere and typical Italian hospitality.
It is well served by public transport and just a short walk from St. Peter’s Church, Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museums.
The B&B; is 100 metres from Metro line A and just in front of the bus line. You will reach in few minutes historical places as: Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Colosseum, St. Angel Castle etc.
Moreover some of the most beautiful and important city parks are just nearby: Villa Carpegna, Villa Pamphili, Janiculum.
The area is warm and friendly with plenty of fine businesses and shops (restaurants, pizzeria, bars, supermarkets, boutiques, laundries, pharmacy, post office, etc…)

Comfort Rome Vaticano is a pretty ground floor apartment of 80 m2. It has been just renovated and is tastefully furnished in typical Italian style. The apartment is composed of: 2 lovely double rooms with private bathrooms, a separate dining room for breakfast, and a terrace with table and chairs. Central heating and air conditioning throughout.

The rate for 1 double room per night varies between 70€ and 100€ according to season, number of people and days of the stay.

It is also possible to reserve the whole B&B; at your own exclusive use: 2 double rooms with the advantage of the comfort space of a whole apartment (80 sqm) and the warming services of a B&B;: breakfast, daily cleaning, change of towels and sheets.

Guests have use of coffee and tea making facilities, toaster, microwave and refrigerator all day long.

Double room "Gaia" has a romantic Queen size canopy bed and the main colour is a peaceful white. There is a big window with view on the terrace that makes "Gaia" sunny and brightful. The room is equipped with LCD TV, alarm clock and hairdryer.

"Rebecca" is a charming double room with Queen size bed, furnished in perfect Italian style. The view of the room is on a quiet private street and on a peaceful green garden. "Rebecca" is equipped with LCD TV, alarm clock and hairdryer.

Included in the price:
Rich breakfast, taxes, daily cleaning, change of towels and sheets twice a week, internet connection, heating/air conditioning, maps of the city and brochures.
Moreover: we speak Italian, English, French and Spanish.
Keys of the B&B; and private room will be given at the arrival to allow you freedom of coming and going as you please.

Extras:
Private transfer with driver from and to Fiumicino or Ciampino airport (45€ up to 4 people).
Cots for babies up to 4 years.
Private parking at 200 mt.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay 1 night. Prices are per room (2 people) and per night and varies according to season and days of the stay

Reservation:
To confirm your reservation is necessary to send us a deposit of 30% of total amount for a 3-night stay or more. If you stay only 2 nights we require a deposit in the amount of one night stay.
Acceptable forms of payment: deposit must be paid by credit card or bank to bank transfer (only for the European Community).

Cancellation:
Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of 1 night.
In case of no show , anticipated leaving or cancellation 7 days before the stay penalty is 100% of deposit.
Special rates are offered for long stay or last minute.

Total amount of the stay will be paid at the arrival exclusively by cash in EURO
We do not accept credit cards or cheques.
