Baby and family friendly, our well appointed and equipped, 2 bed roomed, 6 sleeper apartment is equally perfect for a family or a group of adults. Located above the town of Bansko at the edge of the Pirin National Park it is approximately 200 m from the Ski Road (home ski run) and commands views of both the mountains and valley from its two balconies.
As part of a four-star hotel complex our guests will benefit from a range of quality facilities including a swimming pool, spa centre with a hot tub/jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, a fitness centre, bar/restaurant and a 24 hour concierge. Situated on the fourth floor and served by lift our apartment offers a full range of equipment with extras should a baby or young child be visiting.
The apartment comprises:
Bedroom 1: Two single beds with ample storage space beneath - they can be pushed together to make a large double bed, a combined wardrobe and drawers, bedside tables and lights, mirror and shelf. A full width balcony enjoys a view of the mountains.
Bedroom 2: This is a larger room and has room for the same equipment as in bedroom 1 but can also accommodate a cot or camp style bed suitable for a child (both of which are available in the apartment).
Main Room: Double convertible settee, another 2-seater settee, a table with 6 chairs, TV with at least 3 English-speaking channels, DVD player and a variety of DVDs, internet point (access available for a small weekly fee from the hotel), coffee table and book shelf unit. There is also a wood-burning fire.
Kitchen area: Fan oven with a grill, 4-ring electric hob, extractor fan, integrated refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and adequate utensils and crockery.
A small balcony is shared with bedroom 2 and overlooks the valley.
Hall: a large cupboard/wardrobe. It is also possible to have the travel cot or child bed here and still be able to exit the apartment.
Shower room and a second toilet room.
For the Young: A modern travel cot, easy to erect Black's camp bed (tip-resistant), folding high chair and baby bath. The balconies have had extra planks of wood fitted to increase the children’s safety.
Other available items: Hairdryer, tower fan, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, two folding chairs for the balcony, some games and books, information files.
Rental Policy
A deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival date. Any breakages must be paid for before leaving or will be charged to the guest. PayPal is our preferred payment method. The price includes local taxes.

ALL bookings are subject to a compulsory 45 EUR Service and Cleaniing charge which includes apartment preparation, reception services, linen, towels and final cleaning. The minimum stay is 3 nights. A deposit equal to 3 nights accommodation is required to secure the property.
