The villa is fully furnished including linens and towels and has a full kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, etc. Enjoy the peace of mind of an oversized garage and security patrol for your protection. While the use of fireworks and ATV's are permitted nearby, they are restricted in front of your villa.

This is a great weekend or vacation spot for adults and for kids. This villa may be rented as either a 2BR/2BA or 3BR/3BA unit. The master suite has a king-size bed and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a two twin beds. The optional 3rd bedroom suite has a queen size bedroom and bathroom. There are two pull-out futon sofas in the living room.
