The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 with king sized beds and sea view balconies, one twin bedded room on the ground floor, one large family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom/WC.
The living space is open plan and stylishly furnished in a contemporary style. Two large sets of patio doors lead out onto the furnished terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views. There is a private swimming pool and large lawned area.
The terrace has it's own bbq and plenty of space for sunbathing. There are citrus and olive trees together with other exotic plants.
There is a large private driveway for parking.
Rental Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance 8 weeks before departure. A Security deposit of £150 will be payable at this time which is returnable after your holiday.
