There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Just outside the kitchen is a built in BBQ. The villa has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with bath and walk in shower.

A delightful stairway leads to the lower terrace and swimming pool, which has Roman walk in steps, sun terrace with sun beds and parasols. Beside this is a BBQ and chiringuito style bar, covered outside eating area with table and chairs, music system and more stunning views.

This wonderful villa set in an attractive Mediterranean garden is close to local shops, restaurants and tapas bars and is only a few minutes drive away from the bustling town of Alora, which has all facilities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, banks and post office as well as a wide choice of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

Alora is famous for its atmospheric processions during the Easter period (Semana Santa) and there is also a week long party including a fun fair, concerts and cultural events during the town’s annual Feria in August. In early September there is a colourful parade of floats and horsemen at the town’s Romeria and there are also many other exciting events and attractions throughout the year.

Arrival Times

Changeover day is flexible. Guests are asked to check out by 10.00am on the morning of departure, and new arrivals may check in after 4.00pm.

High season prices apply to Easter, Christmas and New Year

Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.

A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking by bank transfer. Balance payable on arrival. Cheques or credit cards are not accepted.

A refundable breakage deposit of 100 euros is required on arrival.
