The apartment consists of the following:-

Lounge/dining area - Very comfortably furnished with Sky TV, dining table, chairs, armchairs, air-conditioning, settee and coffee table.
Kitchen - Modern fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Master bedroom - with King size bed, air-con, fitted wardrobes, bed side cabinet, reading lamps, dressing table.
Second bedroom - with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinet reading lamps, ceiling fan;
Bathroom's The main bathroom has bath, overhead shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. Second bathroom with has WC and wash basin.
Sun terraces - There are three separate terraces affording excellent Nerja and mountain views - sun loungers and patio table, chairs, parasol, and clothes dryer. Also a small garden at the rear of the property.

Urbanisation - The urbanisation has a swimming pool with separate kiddies pool and lifeguard in attendance, sun loungers, parasols and a poolside bar. There are a number of friendly bars and restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful Spanish gardens with seating areas.

Rental Policy

50% deposit on confirmation of reservation and the balance on arrival

Arrival Times

Check in 16.00 hrs, check out 10.00 hrs, however we can be flexible on these times depending on availability

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

This property is rented on a minimum weekly basis, however we are flexible on check in days.
