Bedroom 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobes, door onto furnished balcony. Sea views.

Bedroom 3 loft bedroom twin beds, air-conditioning, sea views.

Bathrooms:

Family bathroom with wc, washbasin, bath with shower, high quality UK standard sanitary ware, with large mirror and shaving point. Fully tiled throughout.

Downstairs cloakroom toilet, wash basin, large mirror.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped with latest appliances including fan oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher plus a host of essential small appliances, cutlery and crockery.

Living Rooms:

Spacious, light and airy with patio doors to pool and terrace. Designer leather corner sofa unit. TV, DVD surround sound system with USB/IPOD connector, PS2, selection of movies and games. Air-conditioning.

Dining room:

With designer leather table and chairs for up to 6 guests. Patio doors to pool and terrace. Sea views from dining area.


linen/maid service:

Maid service is once a week – prior to your arrival and mid stay during a 14 night rental. Additional cleaning on request (payable locally). Pool maintenance all included. Bedlinen, duvets and Egyptian cotton towels (except beach) provided.

Outside:

Fully managed gardens approx 1000sq metres with automatic irrigation system. Private pool with sun loungers. Dining area with wicker furniture dining table an chairs. Large traditional style Greek barbecue. For a shaded area there is a second dining table and chairs to the rear of the property. Large parking area and carport to the rear.

Arrival Times

Preferred changeover day is Wednesday. However depending on availability we may accept alternative days. Depart - 11am and arrive - 4pm. Please email if you need different times and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We are happy to take bookings all year round.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. There is also a £150 security bond - this is held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday (providing no damage has occurred) this needs to be sent with the final balance.

Payment can be made by cheque, internet bank transfer or Paypal. Full details of the booking conditions will be sent to you upon confirmation of your booking.

Discounts available for long winter lets.

Minimum stay - summer season 3 days, winter 1 week
