Property Details

As you enter the carved wooden double doors into the courtyard your vacation experience will begin. The beach house is sweetly painted a sage green with purple window accents. Through the double French doors you enter the tiled kitchen with a view to the ocean beyond. The master bedroom , kitchen, living and dining room all boast panoramic ocean views. French doors lead from the living room to the front patio and the tiled patio set. Sit inside or outside to enjoy the ocean views or step off the patio and onto the beach for a walk on your own 6 mile secluded stretch of beach. This is a fabulous beach. Most of the time the beach is nearly empty. The waves are safe and rip-tide free. You can stroll out into the ocean and enjoy the gentle slope and play safely in the waves.

Arrival Times

Check-in at 4pm, check-out at 11am (special requests can be considered)

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

3-night minimum or $200 per night for 1-2 night rentals. 50% deposit requried to hold reservation with remaining balance due 1 week prior to arrival.

$60 cleaning/water refill fee

$100 refundable security deposit required

Cancellation Policy: within 30 days: no refund; outside 30 days: full refund minus $50 processing fee

Double kayak available for $50 flat fee. Private hot tub available for rent (inquire for rates and availability)

$50 fee for pets (pets not allowed on furniture and we ask that the owners please pick up after them)
