This is the most popular and most requested condominium destination in Playacar with its magnificent sugary white beaches and emerald waters melting into the dazzling cool sand.

INSIDE THIS CONDO you will find a deluxe kitchen and dining for 6 guests. A comfortable living room with soft suede fabric seating, large TV, DVD player, movie library, cable TV, reading books, Wireless Internet ready throughout. Bring your laptop to email friends about the fabulous time you are having in Mexico (LOL!)

We recognize the most popular features desired by our guests. The living room has a walk out to the private terrace with Al Fresco dining. A Weber BBQ grill for your convenience. We chose sun and earth color tones for the interior. Both, Master suite and Guest room #2 have large glass door's to exit onto the Terrace. The condo is furnished with polished marble floors, ultra comfort sofas and bedding, tiled bathrooms, European accented kitchen and dining area, granite counter tops, in-room safe, and laundry system.

Inside this spacious 1500 sq foot Mexican Contemporary style condo, you will find ample room for 6 guests. Free parking for our vacationer's with rental cars and close proximity to all shopping centers for every day convenience.

DELIGHTS GALORE! We are proximity to the many delights of Playa including 5th avenue– with its world-class cuisine, superb diving and snorkeling sites, duty-free shopping and nightlife. We will introduce you to the many delights of this exclusive vacation hotspot and neighboring towns, with some of the best beaches and underground swimming pools in the world.

WHILE CHANCES ARE you will not be spending all of your time in our condo, we give you reason to with larger than average comfortable rooms. The Master bedroom has a extra-large Queen Matrimonial bed. Second bedroom has 2 Twin size beds and the third bedroom has a Queen Matrimonial bed. There is Cable TV in the Master suite.

Rental Policy

ALL RENTALS DATES ACCEPTED. All utilities and end-of-vacation cleaning is included. Inquire for long-term rentals and availability.

RESERVATION POLICY:
- $142.00 to $215.00 per day (non holidays).
- $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 per week (non holidays).
- $3,300.00 to $3,800.00 per month (non holidays).
- $300.00 refundable security deposit required.
- No other Fees or Taxes Apply.
- 3 Night Minimum...1 Week Holiday Minimum.
- 50% down payment required.
- Cancel Policy: Available upon request.
- Must be 25 or older to reserve.
