Seawatch is a brand new beach front home rebuilt in July 2007 and is ready and able to accommodate you whether you are a single person, a couple, or a large or extended family. There are numerous decks and porches from which you can enjoy the myriad views offered by our prime location on the beach. This new home is also surrounded by over 50 mature palm trees which provide pleasant shade for those seeking to get out of the sun or have a nice picnic with a tropical atmosphere.

There is plenty of space inside to relax and still enjoy all of the wonderful views: the sea, dolphins and sailboats, or any of numerous different species of migrating birds. You can also relax outside on your private beach, or soak up some sun out on your own private beach. Or enjoy a day of fishing or boating off your 112' deep water dock.

Or how about a photo safari in the island's wildlife sanctuary, or going for a nice run, or walk along the islands 4 miles of pristine white sand beaches. Or maybe even photographing the dolphins and seabirds feeding right off the edge of your dock, the possibilities are endless...

Relax inside overlooking broad views of the sea, dolphins and sailboats or outside on your private beach. Also, there is excellent fishing and boating off our 112' long, deep water dock.

Rental Policy

The reservation form along with a $500 deposit is required to complete a reservation and must be received by Seawatch LLC within 7 days of a tentative phone reservation having been made. This deposit initially guarantees your reservations, then becomes a security deposit which will be refunded upon satisfactory conditions of home & within 45 days of departure. The rent + Tourist Tax is due 60 days before occupancy. To pay for extra bedding and cleanup services parties beyond 10 individuals are charged an extra $15 per person per day. For reservations made within 60 days of arrival the $500 security deposit and rent plus 11% Tourist Tax is due overnight (UPS, FedEx, or US Mail). Alternatively any above payments can be made through either international or domestic wire. Contact owner for acct. # (239)-898-2692.

All deposits and rental payments are refundable if cancelled 45 days prior to arrival or if re-rental of your time slot occurs after your cancellation. Rental losses incurred by Seawatch/NCV, Inc. due to late cancellation are the responsibility of the canceling party. All rental rates & availability subject to change without notice. Short notice reservations are welcome when space is available.
