Large open family room with fireplace open to dining room and kitchen with plenty of room for everyone to eat. Tables for 20. Downstairs game room with air hockey, fooseball, video games, two car garage and plenty of level parking. Walk down the 100' wooden ramp to Heading Home and ski down the hill to the lift. The Master bedroom has King bed, fireplace, and private bath; 2nd bedroom has King bed, 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and full size sofa bed, 4th bedroom has one Queen bed, 5th bedroom has two bunk beds, one with full down and twin up and the other with two twins, the 60th bedroom/office has a queen bed. In addition, there is a loft with three twin beds and sofa-beds for 4 more. Ski in for lunch or a quick cup of hot chocolate and save hundreds of dollars on food cost by not having to eat at the resort restaurants.
Rental Policy
Minimum 3 night rental except for holidays, 4 day minimum. December 15-March 30 ski rates. April 1 -December 14, summer rates.
Arrival Times
Check-in 4:00 P.M. Check Out 11:00 A.M. No set days for arrival or departure.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Must add 7.4375% N.M. lodging tax to all rates. $500.00 deposit, $250.00 cleaning fee deducted from deposit. Normal 3 day minimum. Stay 6 days get 7th FREE.
