This funky 1100sf suite is located in a restored historical 1894 building in Vancouver’s Gastown district, noted as one of Vancouver’s most popular tourist destination. Cafes, boutiques and restaurants are right outside your door. You are also walking distance to Vancouver’s downtown business district, convention centre, theatres and sea bus.

This New York style, open concept suite is for the visitor seeking that unique travel experience - this is not a standard suite. Concrete floors, cedar beams and white walls are tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings including a complete home entertainment system with 42 inch Plasma television.

The open concept divides rooms without conventional walls giving the suite an open and artsy warehouse feel. There are no conventional bedrooms, however there is plenty of room for your own space since the unit is very well divided into nooks. One room with a queen bed is divided by a glass wall from the rest of the suite. A sofa bed in another space can accommodate addtional guests. Come enjoy a bit of history.

Rental Policy

How do I reserve an apartment?

To reserve an apartment, first check the availability calendars for each suite to ensure there is vacancy. If the suite is available , email reservations@suiteliving.ca with your rental request. Be sure to include your check-in/out dates, number of guests, contact info and whether or not you require parking. We will respond to your request within 24 hrs with availability and rates.

If the suite is available, a rental agreement will be emailed to you and you would be required to pay a $500 damage/reservations deposit .This must be received within three days (72 hours) of booking the reservation and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation if the suite cannot be rented out at the same rate. The reservations deposit will be converted to a damage deposit and is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure pending there is no damage to the property.

When is payment due for my apartment rental?

Full rental payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival datel. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, then the full rental payment is due at time of booking.

What form of payments do you accept?

Deposits and rent payments can be made via cheque, bank draft, money order, wire transfer (guest are responsible for transfer fees), Western Union or credit card (3% transaction fee will apply).

What does the rental rate include?

The rental rate includes high speed internet, cable television (channels 2-28), unlimited long distance within Canada and US, and electricity. For rentals shorter than one month, 5% GST will apply. There is also a one time cleaning fee of $80 that applies to all rentals.

What is the occupancy for each apartment?

Our one bedroom rates are based on double occupancy and two bedrooms are based on quadruple occupancy. Extra occupancy rate is $15/person, per night.

Is smoking allowed?

All our suites is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas. If any evidence of smoking is detected, you will forfeit your security deposit.

Are pets allowed? Sorry but no.
