This 2-bedroom suite is not only stylish, but also spacious with over 800 square feet of beauty and all the amenities. The suite has one clean, beautiful, modern bathroom with bathtub/shower, a small den/office room, in-suite laundry and quaint balcony. It has North and West sunlight exposure, with floor-to-ceiling windows to bring lots of natural light in. The suite is beautifully furnished, with a full kitchen equipped with all major appliances, dishware and utensils suitable for any chef.

This suite is situated in an extremely convenient location if you like to take in everything that Vancouver city life has to offer yet is ideally located for city escapes, with only a 15 minutes drive to quiet beaches, hiking, golf and fishing.

This neighborhood, located in the Vancouver downtown area, is known for its award wining restaurants, bars, nightclubs, coffee shops/tea houses & hip boutiques and shopping. You are about a 3 minute walk from the sky train and YVR transit, Vancouver library, theatres and cinema. There are endless things to do with all the shopping, great restaurants and a stunning sea wall only a short walk from building

Rental Policy

How do I reserve an apartment?

To reserve an apartment, first check the availability calendars for each suite to ensure there is vacancy. If the suite is available , email reservations@suiteliving.ca with your rental request. Be sure to include your check-in/out dates, number of guests, contact info and whether or not you require parking. We will respond to your request within 24 hrs with availability and rates.

If the suite is available, a rental agreement will be emailed to you and you would be required to pay a $500 damage/reservations deposit .This must be received within three days (72 hours) of booking the reservation and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation if the suite cannot be rented out at the same rate. The reservations deposit will be converted to a damage deposit and is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure pending there is no damage to the property.

When is payment due for my apartment rental?

Full rental payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival datel. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, then the full rental payment is due at time of booking.

What form of payments do you accept?

Deposits and rent payments can be made via cheque, bank draft, money order, wire transfer (guest are responsible for transfer fees), Western Union or credit card (3% transaction fee will apply).

What does the rental rate include?

The rental rate includes high speed internet, cable television (channels 2-28), unlimited long distance within Canada and US, and electricity. For rentals shorter than one month, 5% GST will apply. There is also a one time cleaning fee of $80 that applies to all rentals.

What is the occupancy for each apartment?

Our one bedroom rates are based on double occupancy and two bedrooms are based on quadruple occupancy. Extra occupancy rate is $15/person, per night.

Is smoking allowed?

All our suites is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas. If any evidence of smoking is detected, you will forfeit your security deposit.

Are pets allowed?

Only well behaved and non-shedding pets are allowed in some of our apartments. A pet fee of $15/night is applicable.

Arrival Times

3:00 - 6:00 is regular check in time, however later check in can be accommodates.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Refundable deposit of $500 is required for all reservations.
Cleaning fee of $110 and HST (12%) is extra.
