NEW GREAT RATE $128 / nt + tax. Our most beautiful and secluded place awaits you. This 25 acre property, that hosts three vacation rental Suites, is the ideal location in the topographic middle of the Hamakua Coast, 14 miles north of Hilo.

Property Details

The generous view over the large landscaped property with its fruit trees, palms and grass lands gives way to the Pacific Ocean at your horizon. The sensation of peace and wideness makes Wailea the ideal surrounding for a relaxing vacation. Please feel free to explore the property by taking a walk or having a picnic.

The wildness of the original Hawaii is just a 5 minute walk away from your residence. If you are looking for adventure, you can take the pathway down into the gulch at our property. Here a stunning, breathtaking 30 feet waterfall beckons you to take a swim in the large natural pool at its feet. A second pathway brings you to another impressive waterfall waiting for you to be experienced.

If you prefer the calmness of the swimming pool at your Suite, you are welcome to enjoy it all day long. The sunrise out in the ocean gives you a most beautiful start of the day. While enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner from your large lanai, the view to the Pacific will give your day a peaceful outlook. You can watch cruise ships passing by or watch the whales from November to April or just enjoy being at the beautiful swimming pool.

Rental Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment:
-30% after taxes is due at the time of reservation
-total balance is due at arrival
Exception: 100% deposit is required for single night reservations
Cancellations:
- fee of $60 prior to 20 days before your arrival
- charge of 50% after taxes within 20 days of arrival
- charge of 100% after taxes within 4 days of arrival
Refundable fee: A hold of $150.00 will be put on your credit card upon arrival. It is 100% refundable if the unit is clean and undamaged at departure. For our vacation rentals a fee of $60 will be charged to your credit card if the unit is not clean upon departure. The property reserves the right to charge guests for any damage related expenses that the guests, or their underage dependants, may cause. Guests retain the right to request copies of the repair invoices in this situation.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside any unit or lanai of any unit. If you smoke in the unit you will be charged a $200.00 fee.
Tax: In Hawaii, accommodations are subject to a maximum total tax of 11.41% consisting of a Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) of 7.25% plus a General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.16%.
Check in/out: Guest check in is 3:00pm to 5:00pm, check out is 10:00am. Please call us if you need to make special arrangements.
Liability: You agree to hold Wainani Vacation fully free of liability to any damage that occurs to you or your personal property on the entire acreage of the Wainani Vacation property including roads, drive ways, parking, garden, pool and especially inside the gulch and waterfall.
