Property Description

Beautiful two-bedroom condo 5 miles from Disney sleeps 6, is fully equipped, and has all you'd expect from a world-class resort, plus central location. It's 3 miles from Seaworld, 6 miles from Universal Studios, and 14 miles from Orlando Int Airport.

Property Details

The Fountains Resort in Orlando has a 6,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor pool with two hot tubs, two waterslides, and a pool bar. Plus Wakoola Springs, a 75,000-square-foot additional pool area for kids of all ages, is now open!

Lake Eve offers fishing, paddleboats, a beach, boardwalk, and pier. A 20,000-square-foot clubhouse features a restaurant and lounge; coffee shop; teen activity center with billiards, air hockey, and arcade/game room. Playground for the little ones and fitness equipment, sauna/steam room, and hot tub for the adults.

Richly appointed with all the comforts of home, you'll have a balcony patio, Cable TV, stereo system, DVD player, and CD player. Both bedrooms have their own bath, and there's a sleeper sofa. The full kitchen has a refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove, blender, and coffeemaker. A washer and dryer are in your suite.

In addition to your fully-equipped kitchen, there are BBQ grils and even on-site dining available. Go to H2O for light casual food. Or Mug o' Joes for coffee, breakfast, danishes, and ice cream. The pool Bar and Grill serves light food, smoothies, beer, and wine.

Rental Policy

Seven nights stay preferred. Partial weeks possible upon request.

Low Season: (Nov to Mar) excluding Christmas & New year. Per week: $695.00

Mid Season (Apr to May) & (Sep to Oct) Per week: $825.00

A credit card imprint or $100 cash security/key/telephone deposit will be required at check in. This is returned if there are no charges against the unit.
