Rental payments : 50% at reservation, 50% 3 weeks before arrival - 100% at reservation if reservation less than 4 weeks before arrival - 900 Euros refundable guarantee deposit by check the day of arrival + 125 Euros refundable guaranty for cleaning (bathroom, toilets + kitchen and all floors) + 75 Euros refundable guarantee for tower and linen washing. Payment by PayPal or bank wire in Euros at the exchange rate of the date of reservation.
