Approx 700 sq ft 1 bedroom (Please note, this type of unit is called studio in most areas. However, in NOLA, they call this a 1 bedroom and a FQ "studio" is called an efficiency).
New laundry center in the building.
Very private courtyard is essential in the Big Easy.
Air conditioning and many ceiling fans will keep you cool.
Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, etc. Granite counter tops, cherry hardwood floors and new furniture, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal!

We do have to warn you that this is a 3rd story walk-up, but after all the food you'll be having in New Orleans you will want the exercise. :)

To move in, please allow for (1st month's) rent + $500 damage deposit. Pets allowed with additional $400 pet deposit.
