Large open floor plan provides great kitchen dining table and bar counter with bar stools too seat 10. The covered deck also provides seating and grilling areas with views of the bay.
There is a seperate entrance for the upper floor unit reserved for owners or as package rental. A gas fireplace is at center of the great room with high cathedral ceilings gorgeous views of the bay. The large master bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of closet space.There a 3rd floor smaller loft area for additional sleeping quaters.Two decks at either end of the house complete the amazing views.
Both of these units have modern kitchens with most appliences,washers and dryers, and a large outdoor shower with changingroom.
A 20% deposit is required for deposit. Balance due in full 30 days prior to check in.
