Rental Policy

If notice of cancellation is received, a refund of 100%, less a $50 cancellation fee and the credit card transaction fee (if applicable), is returned upon VacationHouse Destinations ability to rebook the same number of days reserved. Damage deposit and cleaning fee will be fully refunded regardless. For Platinum and Gold members, the cancelled reservation will not get deducted from the number of available days in members plan upon ability to rebook the same number of days cancelled.

If we are able to rebook only a partial number of days that were cancelled, a return of the nightly rate and tax will be given for only rebooked days. For Platinum and Gold members, only the rebooked days will not get deducted from the number of available days in the members plan.
