Vacation Rental Description
Welcome to our beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in the
gated Five Star Resort community of Windsor Palms. Located just 3.5
miles from Disney World, it is extremely convenient and close to
numerous restaurants, shopping centers, and area attractions.

Our well-equipped home sleeps up to 10 people. The master suite
features a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized
bed.
The third bedroom is a Mickey Mouse themed room with two twin beds.
The fourth bedroom is a Winnie-The-Pooh room with a triple bunk
bed.
The living room sofa also converts into a queen sized pull-out bed.

washer & dryer
alarmed doors to pool area (for child safety)

Low Season from: USD $900.00 /week = (453UK)
Mid Season from: USD $980.00 /week = (493UK)

Peak Season from: USD $1330.00/week = (670UK)

Low Season: Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr -- USD $135 per night = (68UK) (except Easter)/Nov/Dec (except Xmas)

Plus cleaning fees require payment of $90.00 = (46 UK)
Balance due 60 days before rental start date.

Heat of $100 per week = (50 UK), BBQ $20 = (12UK), etc.
