Lovely located holiday villa in Ayia napa. Nissi beach is within a 10min walk, where you will find bunjee jumping, restaurants, water sports, restaurants and shops along the way. Water park within a 3 min drive.

Open plan lounge dining and separate fully equipped kitchen. Tv Dvd.
Three bedrooms upstairs include a master double with en suite shower room, 2 twin rooms and a family bathroom. All bed linen and bath towels provided. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air con.
Downstairs is a separate WC.
Decking compliments the pool area, 6 sun loungers, table chairs and BBq ready for your al fesco dining. Sea views from upstairs and you can see the Adams beach hotel, ideal for wedding groups.

Un completed building work at front of villa which can be seen from the lounge and one of the twin rooms. No further progress has been started in last 12 months and in the unlikley event it may re start we will negotiate a discount with the owner. This should not discourage you from booking this ideally located villa in Ayia napa.

Rental Policy

Minimum 7 nights trental. Refundable security bond of 250 incase of damages required with final balance 12 weeks prior to arrival
