The farm is set on a panoramic position on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo, we are in Chianti. The location is really excellent since is central and close to all the major Tuscan art cities .

Historical Estate dating from the 17 th century, located on the hills on the left bank of the Arno River, close to Arezzo. The compound is composed of one cottage (4+2) and tre apartments :for2/9 people. Carpano(3+2),Fontanina(2+3),Soppalco(7+2), Our attractive holiday house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVII century farmhouse .The farm is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river. The Compound is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool that has a part for children (3x3 meters). The apartments have been tastefully finished , and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) available for common use. Barbecue.
The quiet hilly panoramic area is only three kilometers from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina, the lodging enjoys countryside privacy ,close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo, and it is the ideal base for many excursion in all Central Italy. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany and taking the train you can be in the heart of Florence in about half an hour. Being in the centre of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily, Siena, Cortona,Lake Trasimeno, Perugia...and the shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most fashion brands of the Made in Italy, such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi D&G;


The area is full of nice restaurants, where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine.
Convenience stores, bank, pharmacy ,food stores, grocery, and a nice restaurant are in laterina only 2.5 km from the house. More stores and a supermarket are in Levane, Ipermarkets and every kind of stores are in Montevarchi and Arezzo.
The train station to go to Florence is 7 km from the house with free parking , all our guests have appreciated very much this facility, since it has allowed them to visit Florence ( even every day ) and come back in the evening and relax in the quiet surrounding of our house.

Open air markets in many small town or villages in the area, almost every day of the week.

FONTANINA 73 m2 (3+2)
Raised ground floor apartment with its own private patio, equipped for eating outside. Entrance directly into a spacious sitting/dining room with double sofa bed, table and chairs, reading lamp, coffee table, separate fitted kitchen, large bedroom with double bed and one single bed.
EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, bread toaster, mini food processor….plenty of everything you may need to feel at home.

Il Carpano 70 m2 (3+2)
Ground floor apartment with entrance directly into a nice sitting/dining room with double sofa bed, table and chairs, on the left three steps lead into a separate fitted kitchen. A door leads from the sitting room into a matrimonial bedroom giving onto a small room with a single bed and onto the bathroom with shower. EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, bread toaster,mini food processor….plenty of everything you may need to feel at home. Hair Dryer. Private equipped terrace on the garden on the side of the apartment.
SOPPALCO 75 m2 (7+2)
The apartment is on the first floor of the main building, with access from an outside stair and small loggia shared with Il Covo apartment. The entrance is directly into the sitting/dining room with fitted kitchen, the table can seat 8 people, on a side there is a nice comfortable leather sofa and a reading lamp. On the left of the entrance a small passage leads to a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase, takes to a very spacious upper room with three single beds, - in this room is possible to add one or two cots and there is still space to move around.
EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator,bread toaster, mini food processor,dishwasher, Candle holders. Hair Dryer.
Private equipped terrace on the garden in front of the apartment.

Rental Policy

Open all year.
A deposit of 30% (thirty per cent) of the total amount due must be sent immediately on receipt of our booking confirmation. The balance must be paid at least 45 days before the start of the lease. In the case of a confirmation being issued within 45 days of the lease starting date then the whole amount due must be paid.Location cost includes: use of electricity, cold and hot water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels,*** kitchen linens, swimming pool towels ( if needed), free use of laundry (it also means that we will supply all the detergents), it doesn't include: caution deposit ( € 200,00 to be paid on cash , upon the day of arrival and given back on the departure day), mandatory final cleaning fee= € 16,00 per person.* .(babies up to three years do not pay them)
Heating ( when needed and allowed, usually from mid October to middle March) is forfeited at € 9,00/day
High Season(July-August) change over dayis only Saturday,min.stay.7 nights- On other month change over day is flexible, min.stay 3 nights.

Arrival Times

Arrival: from 5:00pm to 8:00 pm Departure:within 10:00 am Unless change in time is asked by guest and allowed by the owner.
