Both the circular stairway and the elevator come to another locked, security glass door on the second floor that opens to a veranda leading to the apartment's front entrance . What impresses one upon entering, is the brightness, and breezes that permeate into the apartment when the veranda doors are open. The striking feature of the apartmetn is the view of the sea and of the pine trees which surround the building - blending to combine the indoors with the outdoors.
The apartment features travestine marble floors throughout, except for the two bedrooms where the floors are covered by fine hardwoods and trims. The large and airy living room opens to a very large canopied veranda, through two wall-recessed rolling doors. I n fact all doors and windows are wall-recessed when completely opened. The canopy on the main veranda can be lowered for privacy or to offer additional shade. Both bedrooms have built - in, recessed cabinets and drawers that provide ample storage. Recessed air conditioners have been installed in every room and the living rooom - each with separate remote temperature control. The bathroom has marbled floors, a bidet, tiled walls and features the finest fixtures. The large, airy kitchen has nice storage cabinets, a window with a view of the sea, and a bar -type of a counter that opens to the dining room area. The Kitchen floors are also covered with marble and the walls are tiled. A large garden below is part of the common area.
The building has a beautiful garden and the area is surrounded with pine trees. Total area of the apartment's interior is 96.28 square meters. The two verandas have an additonal area of about 35- 45 square meters and extend to the full width of the apartment on two sides These are great places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. One of the verandas has a canopy that can open or close and thus reduce the afternoon sun. Including the two verandas, the total useable area of the apartment is approximately 125 - 135 sq. meters.
There is a sea view from the master bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen, the living room and one of the verandas. Timming the trees a little would improve greatly the sea view. The apartmetn is presently fully and elegantly furnished and has new appliances, utensils and everything one needs to move in. Clean sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are also provided.
