The two bedroom, one-bath apartment is accessed through a locked security entrance and by a marbled circular stairway or the private elevator. Both the circular stairway and the elevator come to another locked, security glass door on the second floor that opens to a veranda leading to the apartment's front entrance . What impresses one upon entering, is the brightness, and breezes that permeate into the apartment when the veranda doors are open. The striking feature of the apartmetn is the view of the sea and of the pine trees which surround the building - blending to combine the indoors with the outdoors.

The apartment features travestine marble floors throughout, except for the two bedrooms where the floors are covered by fine hardwoods and trims. The large and airy living room opens to a very large canopied veranda, through two wall-recessed rolling doors. I n fact all doors and windows are wall-recessed when completely opened. The canopy on the main veranda can be lowered for privacy or to offer additional shade. Both bedrooms have built - in, recessed cabinets and drawers that provide ample storage. Recessed air conditioners have been installed in every room and the living rooom - each with separate remote temperature control. The bathroom has marbled floors, a bidet, tiled walls and features the finest fixtures. The large, airy kitchen has nice storage cabinets, a window with a view of the sea, and a bar -type of a counter that opens to the dining room area. The Kitchen floors are also covered with marble and the walls are tiled. A large garden below is part of the common area.

The building has a beautiful garden and the area is surrounded with pine trees. Total area of the apartment's interior is 96.28 square meters. The two verandas have an additonal area of about 35- 45 square meters and extend to the full width of the apartment on two sides These are great places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. One of the verandas has a canopy that can open or close and thus reduce the afternoon sun. Including the two verandas, the total useable area of the apartment is approximately 125 - 135 sq. meters.


There is a sea view from the master bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen, the living room and one of the verandas. Timming the trees a little would improve greatly the sea view. The apartmetn is presently fully and elegantly furnished and has new appliances, utensils and everything one needs to move in. Clean sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are also provided.

Vouliagmeni is very close to the new Athens International Airport at Spata, and about 4 km away from the Center of Glyfada, a thriving community with the most beautiful shops, boutiques, and shopping centers. This luxury apartment is on the second floor of a fairly new building of the finest construction. The building is located on the corner of Lytous and Avgis Streets, at Laimos, across from the Margi House Hotel, on the same side as the Plaza Hotel , about 150 meters away from the beach of Vouliagmeni Bay where the Triathlon was held during the 2004 Athens Olympics, and about 400 m away from the beautiful beach of the 5 star Astir Palace hotel complex . Other beaches and coves on the peninsula - the most beautiful in Greece - are only one to three minutes ' walk away .

This area of Vouliagmeni (Laimos) where the apartment is located, is considered to be the most prestigious and desirable resort area in Greece. No highrise apartment buildings are allowed. Height levels of buildings cannot exceed the tops of the pine trees. No trees are allowed to be cut. The strict building guidelines and codes, combined with the pine forest of the Laimos Peninsula, make it an extremely desirable and pristine area to live. The area is known as the "Greek Riviera" because of the beautiful sandy beaches, its fabulous vilas and mansions, its marina with the super yachts, and the most elegant of the five-star, resort hotels in Greece that make up the Astir Palace complex.

The many coves of the Laimos Peninsula and of the adjacent area of Kavouri, have clean, crystal-clear waters, abundant with marine life. The seashore of the Penisnula has numerous sea caves waiting to be discovered or rediscovered by the adveturous snorkler or diver.
