Cancellation 14 days or more prior to reservation for refund less $25 administrative fee. No refund if canceled less than 14 days in advance, unless the accommodation can be re-booked to another party. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
Weekly rental usually begin on Friday or Monday. Arrive 3:30 or other arranged time.
