This 2nd floor condominium is attractively decorated in a tropical theme. The kitchen has been totally renovated, all new appliances, quartz counter tops, glass top stove, tile flooring and eat-in-bar. This will create a beautiful open area between living room and kitchen. New pictures are posted.

The Master bedroom (queen bed/cable TV) opens to a beautiful Florida Room, where one can sit and relax with island breezes and a good book. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Unit has two full size bathrooms, ceiling fans and WIFI. There is a large open living room and dining area. The living room is complete with a sleeper sofa (queen) and cable TV, which opens to a large lanai with table and chairs. Also provided are two bikes, beach chairs and towels, books, CDs, DVDs (24 series) childrens books, WIFI and videos and games.

Our unit is conveniently located next to the Management Office, barbecue grills, shuffleboard court, heated swimming pool, laundry room. Only a short walk to the lush Sanibel beaches through a private pathway.

Sanibel Island has everything you could wish for...environmental attitude for natural beaches with lots of shells ("Shelling Capital of the World"), bike paths-over 23 miles, hiking, roller blading, golfing, sailing, water sports, Live Theater, Cinemas, museums and more. Half of the island is a natural wildlife preserve, which includes "Ding Darling", a National Wildlife Park with guided nature tours.

Sea Shells of Sanibel is a small family orientated condominium complex. Most vacationers are repeat renters, as once you visit Sanibel you will always want to return

Rental Policy

Deposit to confirm: 10% OF TOTAL RENTAL FEE; (MIN. $200 / MAX $500)
An administrative charge of $40 will be charged for all cancellations. The balance of the deposit is refundable with written notice of cancellation received 90 days or more prior to arrival.
Payment in full is due by check or cash 30 days prior to arrival for rentals of 21 days or less, or 60 days prior to arrival for rentals of 21 days or more and / or rent of $6,000 or more. This payment will be automatically charged to your credit card if we have not recieved your payment by check or cash.
There are no refunds for early checkout.
A Security/Damage Deposit is required on or before arrival. This requirement can be met by providing a credit card in lieu of a cash Security/Damage Deposit.
