The Diplomat Condominiums are easily accessible to and from Orlando and Melbourne airports via the Beeline expressway (528E) and A1A, just 5 miles south of Port Canaveral.

Rental Policy

Reservation Policies

Terminating Rental: Owner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue tenancy if, in its opinion, the guest is detrimental to the property.

Damages: Guests will be responsible for any damages or theft. Please report any damage at check-in or upon occurrence. Housekeeper walks through unit after check-out to ensure property is left in good order.

Changes: While our goal is total accuracy, owner is not responsible for changes made or inputting errors. Taste, style and quality vary. We make every effort to relay rental information via pictures, descriptions and relative pricing. Descriptions and rates are subject to change without notice.

Maintenance: Although we cannot guarantee the operation of all appliances, we make every effort to keep the equipment and appliances in working order. Agents, authorized employees or repairmen may enter the premises during business hours for purposes connected with repair, care or maintenance of My Beach House Rental Properties. We will do our best to have any malfunction repaired quickly. THERE CAN BE NEITHER A DISCOUNT GIVEN NOR REFUND MADE BASED UPON EQUIPMENT OR APPLIANCE FAILURE.

Early Departure: Early termination of a rental period by the guest does not supersede the original reservation agreement.

Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and save individual homeowners,free and harmless for any liabilities or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to, or in any connection with the rental of the premises, including but not limited to, any claim or liability of personal injury or damage or loss of property which is incurred or sustained by a guest or guests of guest. Owner is not responsible for items left behind but will make every effort to locate and return to you.

Housekeeping: Your unit will be equipped with bed linens, towels and bath and kitchen amenities. Our housekeeper will clean after you check out. We do not provide any additional cleaning services during your rental period.

RESERVATION POLICIES

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, a refund of the advanced rental deposit will be made only to the extent that a replacement tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under the contract, minus a $50 processing fee.

How Do I Make a Reservation, Make Payments and Get the Keys? Contact me via telephone at 305-318-5786, or E-mail me at jeanetteandelbys@hotmail.com. You may also request availability from my website by filling out the information form provided by clicking "Book It" for the house you want. If your choice is available, I will notify you and you will be asked to fax (305-829-4346) or postal mail a Rental Agreement contract that must be signed and returned to me along with your initial payment of 1/2 the rental fee.

The balance of the rental fee, plus a $200 refundable damage deposit is due at least 21 days prior to your arrival, at which time I will email the combination to the Key Box to you along with directions, check-in and check-out times, etc.

I accept personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders, cashiers' checks, and Paypal Check-In/Check-Out Times: To guarantee our guests a clean unit and avoid delays, we ask that all guests abide by our Check-In Time of 4:00 pm EST and Check-Out Time of 11:00 am EST We CANNOT guarantee early check-in or late check-out requests.

Long Distance Phone Calls: We have a block on long distance phone calls. Please bring your cell phone or a calling card for long distance calls. Local calls are free.

Smoking: We have small children, therefore; we are a non-smoking home. Although, smoking is permitted on the decks.

Pet Rules: Please do not allow your pet to dig holes in yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture. It is difficult to remove pet hair from upholstery. Please remove "droppings" from yard. Place in outside trash can.

Trash pick-up: Please note the date of pick-up for your property and take trash to street on that day. Date of pick-up will be provided in your property.

THINGS TO BRING:

While we provide the basic amenities, you may want to bring some additional items that may not be supplied.

You will need to bring any special cooking equipment, personal toiletries, batteries, etc.

There is a grocery store on the island.

THINGS TO DO BEFORE LEAVING:

1st Thing Turn off all air-conditioners and heaters.
2nd Thing Remove all trash from property.
3rd Thnig Begin washing a load of towels in washer - helps the housekeeper get started with cleaning.
4th Thing Remove all food from refrigerator.
5th Thnig Note pet rules: remove all pet droppings from yard, etc.
6th Thing Please sign our guestbook.
7th Thing Clean charcoal grill. Place "cooled" coals in outside trash can
8th Thing Lock all Doors and Windows.
9th Thing Leave one key in key box and all other keys in the house.
And last but not least... Plan to come back.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum Stay is Two Weeks as per condo Association / Only one dog under 30 pounds aloud.
