We offer a lovely spacious two bedrooms, two full baths Mediterranean Style Condo in a residential / tourist development known as Puerta del Mar.

Our condo experience provides a wonderful atmosphere with contemporary decor, and comfortable, clean, fresh bedrooms. Puerta
del Mar is sitting approximately 300 ft. above sea level, over “world famous” Crashboat Beach, a popular sports beach and dive spot.
Puerta del Mar’s recreational facilities boost breathtaking views of Desecheo Island, the Mona Passage, Aguadilla Bay and the best sunset
in the Caribbean. One of the two swimming pools in Puerta del Mar is an infinity pool; from here a spectacular ocean view will stimulate your senses. Residents and guests enjoy gazebos, sundecks and “miradores”, from where it is rumoured that whales can be observed in their yearly migration. Puerta del Mar is only a five minutes drive to one of the best beaches of the Caribbean "Crashboat Beach" and is only ten minutes drive to the Rafael Hernandez Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla.Puerta del Mar’s privileged location and exquisite design make these condos a West Coasts Jewel.

ATTRACTIONS IN AGUADILLA

Aguadilla is known as the "Garden of the Atlantic." The name comes from the colorful sponges and marine life prevalent in this area. It is also internationally known for its world-class surfing beaches. Aguadilla’s most popular surfing beaches are Gas Chambers, and Wilderness. Crashboat Beach is famous for its crystal clear waters. Others spectacular and almost desolated beaches are near (5-15 minutes). Visit the “Punta Borinquen Golf Course" only a 10 minutes drive from Puerta del Mar. Shopping, Horseback riding or another tourist attraction you will found it in our neighborhood. As you can see we are well located in an area of spectacular beauty.

* Crashboat Beach (1 miles from condo) - There are ample shade and picnic tables if you choose to spend the day. You can purchase food from the snack shop in the corner of the parking lot.

* Las Cascadas Aquatic Theme Park (2 miles from condo) - The biggest aquatic theme park of the Caribbean, the park offer different attractions.

* Christopher Columbus Park (4 miles from condo) - Set on the shore line with a beach, children playground, recreational areas. This beach offers a romantic boardwalk along the beach.

* Ice Skating (3 miles from condo) - This facility is the first of its kind in the Caribbean.

* Aquatica Dive, Surf & Bike Adventures (6 miles from condo) - SCUBA trips, PADI & SSI certifications.

* Punta Borinquen Golf Course (2 miles from condo) - This course was played by such well-known generals as Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Rental Policy

Short and long term leases available (30 days or longer).

Three night minimum stay. Maximum occupancy is five (5) guests. For Pet we charge a $25 flat fee per pet. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
• All reservations require an initial booking deposit equal to 50% of the rental price, payable at time of booking. The rental balance plus a $150 refundable security deposit are due 15 days prior to check-in date. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days after check-out, subject to satisfactory inspection of unit and guest mail back the gate opener after their stay.
• Cancellations (High Season): Initial booking deposits are refundable, less a 10% service charge of your total rental amount, for all cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Initial booking deposits are not refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days before scheduled arrival date.
• Cancellations (Low Season): Initial booking deposits are refundable, less a 10% service charge of your total rental amount, for all cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

· Check in time: 3:00 PM – Check out time: 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be available.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Plus 7.00% Sales Tax. Rental price is inclusive of cleaning fees. Maximum occupancy is five (5) guests. Flat $50 fee for one dog.
Low Season - 4/25/11 to 8/5/11
High Season - 11/6/11 to 4/8/12
