Gorgeous home on Mobile bay. The views during the day and night are unbelievable. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of space and views. The location of this home is on County Rd. 1 (which is very low traffic and terrific views).

The kitchen is equipped with GE Monogram appliances. It is a cooks' delight with gas cooktop/griddle/grill, wine/beverage cooler, separate ice maker, double refrigerator. Granite counters tops and cypress cabinets. The floors throughout the house are Australian cypress. There are 5 bedrooms plus an office. The Living room, Kitchen and Dining room are all open together with views of the bay. The Master Bedroom is large with vaulted ceilings and its own balcony. The Master Bath has a whirlpool tub and a walk in shower. This home also comes with a large pier that is known for great afternoon and night fishing. This home is 4200 square feet and is brand new.
We are 10 minutes away from the world famous Grand Hotel and 15min...From downtown Fairhope. The Tanager Outlet Mall is 20 minutes away and Gulf Shores is 30 minutes away. Some of the best seafood and shopping are right down the road. Walking/running/bike riding for those who enjoy a little exercise. Our roadway is used for several races throughout the year so it is perfect for these activities. Our sun rises are beautiful but it doesn?t compare to the sunsets, which are breath taking. If you like bird watching? You will be in heaven with (blue heron, brown pelican, owls, sea gulls, osprey, and every once in a while bald eagles). Great fishing or bring your small boat or jet skis and dock at the end of the pier.

Check out is at 11:00am; A deposit of $1000 plus 1/2 payment is due to book a date; Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before check in.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Jan 1 thru May 24 are low rates
May 24 thru Sept 6 are the high rates except Holiday weeks which are $4500.00
Sept 6 thru Dec 31 are low rates.
On daily rentals there are a minimum of 3 night stay.
$1000 deposit plus 1/2 to book a date..the remain balance will be do 2 weeks before check in. A 30 day notice for cancellation.
