Property Description

Guests have private use of a luxury home located on a wooded 2 acre lot. It is a short drive to the 417 expressway which goes to downtown Ottawa. The owners live in a separate apartment and are always available for assistance and information.

Property Details

Countryside Retreat is a fully equipped and furnished luxury private home. Guests enjoy total privacy in the home. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a 51 inch TV & home theater system, family room with a wood fireplace, TV & audio system, eating room, laundry room, powder room and a bedroom. The second floor has 2 large master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 2 guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main floor also has a sun room with a heated indoor pool, cedar lined sauna, large dual head steam room, powder room and serving counter. Pool towels are provided. There is also a basement exercise room. There is plenty of room for guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Additional features include a computer system with high speed internet, wireless router, VIP cable service, private house telephone, central air conditioning, beautiful gardens and an outdoor patio off of the sun room which has a propane BBQ and patio furniture (in season). NOTE: Some pets are allowed- please inquire.

Rental Policy

50% deposit to confirm reservations. Balance due 30 days prior to check in. No refunds on cancellations made less than 30 days before check in unless rebooked.

Arrival Times

Normal check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. Flexible on the times depending on rental situation.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

13% HST tax not included in prices. Prices are based on number of guests and the number of nights. Last minute discounts on reservations made within 10 days of check in. Discounts also available on stays over 7 nights,
