A deposit of $700 is required for us to hold a reservation. (This $700 will also serve as a damage deposit, which will be returned within 30 days of check-out, providing there are no damages or charges for unauthorized use of the home.) The total rent, cleaning fees if applicable, and taxes are due 60 days prior to check-in. If final payment is more than 7 days past due, the reservation may be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded. If a cancellation notice is received prior to final payment, you will lose your full $700 deposit.
b. If cancellation notice is given less than 60 days prior to check-in date, then the client forfeits all rent, cleaning fees and taxes, unless the home is rebooked. (The damage deposit is refunded.) If the home is rebooked, the amount recovered is refunded, less the $700 deposit. Reduction in days rented (if notice is less than 60 days to check-in) will not be refunded unless the home is rebooked.
c. If final payment is seven days or more past due, reservation may be cancelled and the deposit is forfeited and not returned to renter.
