This delightful semi-detached house is set in a small Cypriot village of Goudi and is only 6kms from Polis and its unspoilt beach. If you are looking for a relaxing peaceful holiday this is the place.

This modern holiday home is equipped with a whole host of convenient facilities affording you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your sunshine holiday to the full.

It is situated above the super view line and has panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding countryside, perfect for a relaxing holiday in one of the quieter parts of the island. This is not a location for party animals, however if you have a car it is not too far to the town of Polis or the more lively Paphos (Pafos).

The bedrooms have air conditioning and has split units for heating in winter and can comfortably sleep upto 5 people. There are extras such as internet access, board games, a travel cot, a high chair for use if required, all of course without any additional cost.

Many of our guests would agree relaxing in and around the swimming pool is part of a fun filled holiday. Our tranquil pool is shared with our good neighbour and is SOLAR HEATED so you'll have no trouble enjoying a dip anytime of the day.


A HOME FROM HOME....


This Cyprus Holiday home has a whole host of facilities and has been furnished to create a home from home experience.

The living area has SATELITE TV, DVD player and 2 double sofa beds to accommodate up to 5 people. There is also WIRELESS INTERNET, a travel cot and high chair. All of these facilities are available FREE OF CHARGE.

The kitchen hosts a full range of modern equipment including a full size oven, 4 ring hob, full size fridge, full size freezer, washing machine, plenty of cups, mugs, cutlery, saucepans etc. It also has a George Foreman Grill, toaster, sandwich maker, picnic bag (including wine glasses, table cloth and cutlery, cool bag, coffee maker, kettle, iron, mini iron board.


The bedrooms are fully air conditioned and each have large wardrobes and a balcony. There is a hairdryer, spare sheets, extra blankets, spare pillows, towels. There is also a selection of board games. One bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds.


The house has 1 bathroom, with water pressure switch, solar heated water tanks and an immersion to heat the water on cloudy days.

Rental Policy

20% deposit required. Balance 8 weeks prior to departure.
