Four cozy cottages within a small compound, perfect for couples and extended families. Les Petites Maisons is located 8 blocks east of the historic Sonoma Plaza in a quiet & peaceful residental area, surrounded by some of Sonoma's oldest wineries.

Enjoy the comfort of these Sonoma rentals! Unlike most cottages that are one-room living, eating and sleeping areas, Les Petites Maisons have separate bedroom, eating and living areas and fully-equipped kitchens.

Each air conditioned cottage has its own garden with outdoor furniture. In addition, guests have access to a communal rose garden with a lovely serene fountain, teak benches and picnic tables - a perfect setting to enjoy the warm Sonoma days and evenings.

The cottages vary in size and design, and each cottage contains the following amenities:
• Queen bed with goose down comforter and pillows
• Air conditioned
• DirecTV (complete package) with full home entertainment system
(DVD, VCR, CD, tuner and multiple speakers)
• Hair dryer
• Robes
• Dining table and chairs
• Fully equipped kitchen designed for everyday use, including:
Refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle, toaster, blender
Glassware, including wine glasses, dinnerware, flatware
Caphalon cookware, all necessary utensils

Expedition Sport bicycles (2), helmets and locks (upon request)

Each guest has full use of the artfully-designed rose garden with a lovely central flowing fountain, surrounded by roses, boxwood and containing two picnic tables with umbrellas and benches for use by guests during their stay at Les Petites Maisons.

Arrival Times

Check in is from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Check out is at 11:00 am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates vary by season and are subject to change without notice. All cottages require a 2 night minimum stay. An additional 9% tax will apply. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Monthly rates are available upon request.
