Property Details

Margarita Island is located in the Caribbean Sea at the northeastern coast of the country. It is the largest island of Venezuela and because of its status as a duty-free port and its beautiful beaches makes it one of the top vacation spots for Venezuelans and tourist all over the world. This island have an average daily temperatures of around 32ºc and relatively low humidity, however the eastern side is surprisingly verdant and fertile.
In Margarita you can find numerous beaches, which range from crowded with tourists to solitary, where you can find a peaceful dwelling place to enjoy with your company and relax. Also you have there places almost for everyone. Wind surfers will enjoy the world famous Playa El Yaque where big windsurf events take place, while surfers will prefer the best breakers on the island at Playa Parguito. Then there is the popular Playa El Agua, which is lined with palm trees, beach bars and restaurants.
For those who want to shop some days you can find there wide boulevards with designer label shops and several pretty, very modern, air conditioned shopping malls. The best of these Sambil and Rattan Plaza are located between Porlamar and Pampatar. Here you can find just about everything from a 6 screen cinema to 10 pin bowling as well as the usual designer shops bars and restaurants. Also a strong point of Margarita Island it’s the plenty of excellent restaurants and bars you can find, going from fancy ones to lovely place near the coasts. The night life is also very good because of the excellent variety of discotheques and bars.
Also if you like history and knowing about different countries you can visit the colonial capital La Asunción which was established in 1565, this place still retains plenty of charm with its colonial buildings, the Castillo de Santa Rosa which has a bottle dungeon and wonderful views, and the oldest church in Venezuela the Catedral de Nuestra Señora.
You could also visit La Laguna de la Restinga National Park, where you cand find a spotless beach and the lagoon with its dense growth of mangrove trees which is home to over a hundred species of birds, along with marine turtles, dolphins, sea horses and oysters.
When you are tire of shopping and beaches there are plenty of other activities to keep you amused: 10 pin bowling , cinemas, several nature reserves, handicrafts of all sorts, scuba diving, snorkeling, horse riding, go-carting, amusement parks, island tours and colonial towns. At the same time a most do on your list is visiting the glorious sunsets on the fishing bay of Juan Griego, where the colors orange and red fulfill the sky.
In fact whatever you are looking for on holiday you will probably find it on Margarita!
Las Terrazas de Guacuco are located in front of Guacuco Beach. This is one of the best private condominiums on the island because of its huge space and beautiful social areas. It also has a excellent location because popular beaches like Playa el Agua and Playa Parguito are 20 minutes away in car and Sambil Mall is just about 10 minutes. This condominium has its own security guards and several parking slots for cars. It has two big and wonderful pools, several tennis courts and a lot gardens meticulously maintained.
The apartment is on the first floor and is totally equipped. It has a total size of 60 m2, one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed with three beds, one bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and an ocean view balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped which includes a full size oven, microwave oven, a full size refrigerator, washer and dryer, a water filtering system at the sink, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and all the utensils to make you feel at home. There is also a big breakfast bar with 3 chairs and a round table with 4 chairs.
