Chardonnay Bedroom - The ultimate in seclusion this ‘posture-sensitive’, king-bedded room is situated in the rear of this split-level home (don’t worry it’s only 3-steps and 8 feet from the Party Room). Cathedral ceiling with a patio door to a small deck the vineyard artwork will transport you without effort. Sitting area, CD Player, Dish/DVD amenities with direct access to the shared master bath. Master Bath window box sits against the ivied hillside and has a skylight .. you will feel like your “communing with nature”.
Cabernet Bedroom – Perfect for a morning hot tub .. with private deck access to the patio, this ‘tempurpedic-topped’ queen-bedded room is reminiscent of a Bogie & Bacall rumpus room! CD player/TV with Dish and master bath access. The ‘Cabernet’ is only 3 steps and 3 feet from the Party Room.
Merlot Suite – our favorite with a ‘bay window box’ view of the orchard, private kitchenette, private deck with grill, hammock, al fresco patio dining or indoor bistro dining, ‘Franklin’ stove fireplace, full private bath, CD/Stereo, TV with Dish. The ‘Merlot Suite’ is just of the main Party/Kitchen room. This is queen, tempurpedic-topped bed.
The Party Room – loaded with our emotional collection of ‘party arty’ has a “candle” fireplace, teakwood bar, comfortable sitting area and is easily accessible to the Scenic Living Room, Hot Tub, Kitchen and guest bathroom. Ideal 360º access to views, both indoor & outdoor.
The Scenic Living Room – Also 360º view with two eight foot picture windows, French doors, and patio door to the western ‘sunset’ deck with its newly installed outdoor culinary center and comfortable seating area overlooks the fruit orchard. Stereo and TV with VHS & Dish provide this ‘triple sofa’ room as a great environment. Enjoy the fireplace; games in the cabinet or just sip some wine and chat!
The Main Kitchen – 45 square feet of granite top and seating counter offer a great setting for a collaborative culinary concoction … when you tire of the great bistros, cafes & restaurants of Sonoma Valley. All new appliances include a flat cook top, microwave, refrigerator with in-door ice or water, dishwasher and upgraded sink area. Coffeemaker, coffee beans & grinder provided.
The Merlot Kitchenette – perfect for cozy private, lighter fare with newly done cabinets, small refrigerator, portable cook stove, microwave, toaster oven. Coffeemaker, coffee beans & grinder provided.
Two- & Three-Night Minimums for some weekends. Based on Occupancy of 6 Persons.
Weekend Rate Covers Friday & Saturday Nights. Some Holidays subject to $50 per night surcharges.

Credit Card security payment of $300 is due within 48-hours of receipt of the rental agreement, this amount is both security for cancellation and damages. $50. Per person over 6 people.
All reservations must be fully prepaid 1-month prior, or if within 7-days if booked less than 30-days prior.
Deposit & Stay Details:
• A security deposit of $300 is required, & is refunded upon departure with everything in good order
• Payment of 100% is due within 1-week of booking for reservations within 60-days.
• Cleaning fee of $150 for two-four nights, $200 per week.
• Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival date of the reservation will receive a full refund, less a $30 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 14-days prior to the arrival date may result in a forfeiture of the entire amount due for the stay, every effort will be made to re-book dates.
• Refunds may be made for any nights of the original booking which are re-sold.
• Check-in is between 3 and 6 PM.
• Check-out is at 12 Noon.
• Special arrangements must be made IN ADVANCE for early or late check-ins, or late check-outs, and every effort will be made to accommodate such special requests whenever possible.
