This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a 50 ft boat deep garage. The home boasts beautiful tropical landscaping and also has a private room with a spa that opens into the backyard from the master bedroom. The pool is fully automated and the backyard has light effects and a mist fog system that compliments the beautiful setting. The pool has a swim up bar, and there is a shaded patio bar for entertaining.

This home also offers a 30 ft deck boat with captin at an additonal charge of $650.00 per 8 hr. day plus the cost of fuel. Let us handle your lake fun without the worries.

Rental Policy

ALL RENTALS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE A MAJOR CREDIT CARD

Arrival Times

Check in is at noon on the day of arrival. Check out at noon on the day of departure.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Valid credit card required at time of check in as security deposit. Security deposit $600.00 and is refundable at time of departure. $150.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit required. This is also a non-smoking home!
