The Kids won't want to leave!!! Our kid friendly home has something to offer everyone!! For March, April, May, our home may also be rented as a 3-bedroom home by locking off our bottom floor to accomodate smaller families. This requires a 3-night min. stay. These rates are not listed on this website. Please send us an E-mail request for these rates. We are offering this for a limited time only.

Our home has something to offer everyone EXCELLENT views (sunrise of Mt. LaConte, the aerial tram, downtown Gatlinburg), a game room with FREE REAL arcade games that will for sure entertain adults and children for hours,located near one of the three Chalet Village community heated pools (open mid-May to mid Sept.),and 1/2 mile from the entrance to Ober Gatlinburg ski area. All of this for a great value!! PLUS, we have PARKING!! We have a parking area that can fit 4-5 cars across and everyone can get out or park a motorcycle trailer!!

Our Chalet is a large A-frame design. It has three levels with a bath on each level. The first level has 2 bedrooms (1Q, 1F), a full bath and a laundry facility (washer and dryer). The main level has 2 bedrooms (2Q's), a full bath, the living/dining room,gas fireplace with sunken living room, kitchen, and decks which surround 2 sides of our home, and the hot tub. The 3rd level has a bedroom (1K + couch), plus a bed (1F + loveseat) on the loft, a bath. The game room is its own room off this level and has a futon + couches. Our cabin is close to all the area attractions(Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Cherokee and more). It sits on top of Ski Mountain in the Chalet Village neighborhood and our street ends with the boundry to the National Forrest which allows for an occasional visit from wildlife, i.e. "L'il Smokey", a black bear, that likes to visit our home from time to time in search of their next meal. Eventhough, we are on top of the mountian, we are still only 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge.

NEW!!!!! We have just recently added WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE, FREE LONG DISTANCE PHONE SERVICE for US & Canada, and digital cable. We have stereo systems, DVD and VHS players and a movie library for your viewing pleasure. For your comfort, we offer luxury linens and towels, a complete kitchen and dishes with a set up for 16.

Our home has something for everyone...entertainment, close to all area attractions, views, the house is located a lot away from your neighbors on all sides, and fun. The word I usually use to describe our home is that is has great flow for a group. While the kids are up in the game room the adults can enjoy a movie or views from the deck.

We require 2 night min. off Peak, 3 night Peak, & 4 night Holidays.

A $300.00 security/damage deposit is required with final payment. We require 1 night rental to secure the property and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
