Property Details

Jasmin Hill is a beautiful villa with amazing views located oceanfront in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. This villa is an extra large house on over four acres and sits on over 500 feet of spectacular oceanfront property. Jasmin Hill is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, within walking distance to Sandals Ocho Rios, and approximately one mile east of downtown Ocho Rios.

Jasmin Hill was built in the 1940's and has true style and beauty. Extra large rooms all have hardwood or ceramic tile floors. The art filled living room has beautiful views of the sea, pool, and side fountain garden. There are 4 locations to choose from for dining. You can pick the terrace, by the pool, in the fountain garden or in the indoor private dining room. The home is filled with books, English antiques and original artwork. A well tuned Yamaha upright piano is located in the entrance room. Lush gardens or ocean surround Jasmin Hill with spectacular views from all rooms.

Jasmin Hill also has a large spring water swimming pool and an ocean-side gazebo that is perfect for morning breakfast or evening cocktails.

Ocean swimming is especially wonderful from the Jasmin Hill dock. Stone steps lead into crystal clear water and sandy bottom. Within 50 yards of shore is a wonderful coral reef perfect for snorkeling.

Rental Policy

A 50% deposit is required 7 days after the reservation has been made.

Final Payment:

Due 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation:

1. A 20% cancellation fee will be retained for all cancellations.

2. We must be notified of all cancellations and any changes in your reservation (for example, number of people staying in the villa), in writing.

3. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date at the villa, you will receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee.

4. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date at the villa, a refund will only be given if the property can be rented.

All the above rules change to 90 days durings the holiday season.

Arrival Times

Check-in after 3pm. Check-out before 12 noon. This can be flexible if nobody is staying at the villa prior to your arrival or after your departure.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay is usually 4 nights. May consider less during the low season so please check with us.
