This 2nd floor apartment is in Riviera del Sol, (next to Calahonda) and can sleep 2-6 people. The apartment is in an elevated position and there are uninterruped views of the coast and sea. The sun is on the fully furnished terrace most of the day.

Property Details

As the Costa del Sol benefits from over 300 days of sunshine a year and this apartment benefits from the sun all day into the early evening we have furnished the terrace to provide a second living area. However the terrace which overlooks one of the swimming pools and grassed sunbathing area does have a large overhang to provide shade during the hottest parts of the day.

This is a gated and secure complex and there are 2 fenced in swimming pools. There are also large grassed areas for play or sunbathing.

LOUNGE/DINER - This is comfortably furnished with leather 3 seater and 2 seater sofas and a large stool. The 3 seater being a double divan bed for extra sleeping capacity. Two ceiling fans are installed as well as airconditioning/heating.

There is a dining area in the lounge, and the patio doors lead directly onto the terrace which is furnished with a sofa and chair, coffee table, dining table and chairs and sunbeds.

KITCHEN & SEPARATE UTILITY ROOM- The Kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with full oven, ceramic electric hob and extractor, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster etc. Utensils are supplied as if you were at home. A washing machine is sited in the utility room.

MASTER BEDROOM- The master bedroom is furnished with an extra large king size bed, which on request can be unzipped to provide 2 singles instead. There is a large fitted wardrobe, chest of draws, ceiling fan and french doors which lead directly onto the terrace.

ENSUITE BATHROOM- This has a bath with shower over it, WC, Bidet, and Hand Basin.

GUEST DOUBLE BEDROOM- This is made up with 2 single beds, which if requested can be zipped together to make a king size bed. There is a large fitted wardrobe, dressing table, ceiling fan and draw space.

2ND BATHROOM- This is fitted with a shower unit, WC, and basin and is directly next door to the guest bedroom.

RIVIERA DEL SOL/CALAHONDA -There are numerous restaurants and bars close to Terrazas del Sol in Riviera and Calahonda to choose from, as well as several large supermarkets, including Opencor which is open 7 days a week and 24hrs per day. El Zoco commercial centre has an area upstairs in the complex which has restaurants situated around an open air courtyard, most having areas to dine outside.

For those who need to use their laptop, there is a cafe close to Lidl in Calahonda which gives wireless internet access.

At the bottom of Riviera there is a park, shops, bars, restaurants and a taxi rank. The Aztec Country Club is a short walk away and provides an Olympic size swimming pool, tennis, badminton, gym, games room, restaurant/cafe and internet centre.

GOLF - Riviera has its own 18 hole golf course- Miraflores Golf, which has a club house, driving range and golf academy. In the upper part of Riviera close to the apartment the new golf course of Calanova opened this year.

BEACHES - Riviera has its own beach with a restaurant and bar accessed from the beach, however the favourite beach is at Puerto Cabopino ( a couple of minutes down the coast). here you will find a large stretch of sandy beach with shallow water for children, plenty of sun loungers to hire, water activities and beach bar/cafe directly on the beach. The small yachting marina has restaurants around it including the famous Alberts.

We strongly recommend hiring a car although the taxi service is very good and reasonable and will pick you up from the apartment.
