Winter Rates - November thru March
$125/night - Minimum 2 nights
Holidays - $250/night, minimum 3 nights.
President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiviing, Christmas/New Year's week.
$250 Refundable security deposit
$75 Cleaning fee
