Cabin is located in Tierra de Sol, a private villa in the Patagonian mountains minutes away from the charming town of San martin de los Andes, in the province of Neuquen, Argentina.

The nearest airport is the San Martin de los Andes international airport, 5 miles away, receiving flights from major cities like Buenos Aires, Mendoza and Santiago de Chile among others.

This spacious cabin has 3 bedrooms with full bathrooms and sleeps 6 people comfortably. On the main level you find the spacious living and dining rooms with a fireplace and decorating antiques, including imported British rail equipment from the 1800's. The downstairs level hosts a full bar, winery and pool table for entertainment. Also, a private sauna for 6-8 people can be used all year. Upstairs you find the main room with a King size bed, beautiful views of the woods and the water and a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi equipped bath tub and a separate private shower. A second room is also located on the upstairs level with 2 twin size beds and its own private bathroom. The third room is located in the bottom level and has its own bathroom as well.

All rooms are equipped with cable TV (DirecTV) and wireless internet. All full bathrooms are equipped with Jacuzzi jets bath tubs.
The home is equipped with laundry and drying machines, full kitchen and the common amenities of a comfortable home (TV, music equipment, etc). Technicians and maintenance on site are available at all times.
A private pond in the back of the house is home to ducks and fishes.

The villa has a private gated entrance with 24 hours security. It is located just off of the area's main highway that leads to San Martin de los Andres, the charming town bordering the Lacar Lake, only 5 minutes away. For larger groups, this home can be rented in combination with its neighbouring cabin, only 300 feet away in the same villa, which sleeps 8 to 10 people. Inquire about pictures and discounted prices for larger groups.

During the winter season, the ski resort Chapelco (the 2nd largest Argentine ski resort) is a 20 minutes drive away where all levels skiing can be enjoyed during the months of June through September.
The rest of the year can be spent fishing in any of the major lakes in the area (Lacar, Lolog, among others), horseback riding, mountain biking or practicing any of the variety of outdoor activities that can be enjoyed in this rich Patagonian region.

The cozy local town hosts world class restaurants, a casino and evening entertainment.

A world class golf course was built in the last few years and is located a few miles from the cabins.

The private villa is located 3km (1.8 miles) from the center of the town of San martin de los Andes, which lies on the shores of the Lacar lake (Lago Lacar). From there, the Chapelco Ski Resport is a 10 minute drive up the mountain. The airport is located on the opposite side of town about 8 km( 5 miles) away. All distances are driven on the interstate highway (ruta 234) so the access to both the town and the airport is very fast. The town and ski resport of Bariloche is a 3 to 4 hour drive away, Villa La Angostura is 1 to 2 hours away. An 18-hole golf course, designed by Nicklaus, is 2 miles away.

A 20% deposit is required to reserve your dates, the remaining 80% balance to be paid upon arrival.
