Upstairs living area with kitchen and family room overlooking the Tahoe water keys on one side and views of Heavenly from the eating area. 1 bedroom upstairs(1 queen) with private bath and 2 bedrooms downstairs (1king/1 queen)with jack and jill bathroom. Laundry sits in hallway closet. Granite tiled kitchen counters, new cabinets and fully stocked kitchen that is open to family room upstairs make cooking a meal an enjoyable task. Gas log fireplace makes for a cozy evening without any work great for a cold winter night. A small DVD collection is available for your use as well as books and board games. Resort offers a year round indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, tennis courts and private beach, for a $5.00/day per person usage fee. Children under 5 free.

$500 security/damage deposit due to hold dates, fully refundable

$500 deposit, minimum 2 night stay. 1 night by last minute availability. $125 cleaning fee, and 10% SLT Tax.
