Our new luxury 4 bed villa, is located on the new Sunrise Lakes Community, just of US27 1 mile north of US192. Only 12 minutes to Disney. It has a private heated pool overlooking a lake and wooded area.

Living Area
The spacious villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in several rooms.
The family room is a place to relax with three large sofas, a TV equipped with cable, a DVD player, a video, CD and PS2. There are several films to watch and PS2 games to play.
The formal living room at the front of the villa is a quiet area with two further sofas where you can sit down and relax. A downstairs 1/2 bathroom is adjacent this area.
Kitchen and breakfast area
The dining area consists of a large dining table with seating for 8 and is the heart of the villa with access to the pool area.
The well equipped kitchen includes a microwave, cooker, dishwasher, waste disposal, George Forman Grill and large ice making fridge freezer.
Just of the kitchen area is a large pantry and laundry room containing an extra large washing machine and dryer.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are located upstairs with the large master bedroom containing a king size bed, TV with DVD, and an ensuite bathroom with large walk in closet. An oval bath and separate shower give the master suite that added touch of luxury.
The 2nd bedroom contains a queen sized bed with built in wardrobes and a TV DVD.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms contain 2no single beds in each room. Each again has its own built in wardrobes.

Each bedroom contains a radio alarm clock.
All bedding and towels are included and the villa includes a telephone with FREE international calls.
LOCAL DETAILS
The villa is a 3 minute drive to a large Walmart Store that sells everything you could ever imagine.
A smaller mall is only 2 minutes away with a Winn Dixie supermarket and take away restaurants.
The villa is within 15 minutes of approximately 10 golf courses and several restaurants, including TGI Fidays, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Chilis, Dennys and Perkins.
Both the east coast of Cocoa beach and the West coast resorts of Clearwater and St Pete's are only 1 hours away.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
50% discount for 2nd week.
Deposit of $200 per week required at time of booking. Balance required 10 weeks prior to arrival.
Pool heating at $80 per week.
All rates inclusive of Florida State tax, all utilities and departure clean
