Beautiful 3 bedrooms villa in Rincon located in the west coast of the Puerto Rico. Rincon has some of the best beaches for surfing and water recreation in the Caribbean. It is also very famous for magnificent sunset views and wale watching.

This property is within a gated and very safe community which includes:
3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms.
Master bedroom with a king bed and private full bath. A full bed is located in the second room with a magnificent view to the ocean. Two twin bedrooms are located in the third bedroom. All three bedrooms are equipped with TV and DVD.
It also has a spacious kitchen well equipped, dining room and a living room with television and DVD.
The villa are equipped with central air conditioning and ceiling fan in each bedroom.
The third floor terrace has a spectacular view of the ocean and an awesome sea breeze ideal for reading.
Beautiful tropical decoration. Typical occupancy 6-8 persons with a minimum 4 nights rental.

Rental Policy

A deposit is required at the time of reservation . The balance is due 30 days before arrival. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservation is assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and signed contract is received by owner. Homes can not be held without the deposit. minimum 4 night rental
